SERVICE PROCESS

Each vessel is unquestionably unique and so is our management service.

To ensure our tailor-made services are just the right fit for you, our philosophy and approach includes the following.

Vessel Analysis

A physical meeting onboard is key to grasp the overall situation and characteristics of the vessel. The initial analysis may include a sea trial, mechanical/electrical inspections, deck hardware and safety systems review. A thorough understanding of the owner’s vision is key to defining the vessel's program. This information forms the foundation for shaping a bespoke service proposal.

Mission Definition

Following the first visit, we prepare a detailed report summarizing all identified needs and areas requiring attention. The objective is to establish a primary action plan tailored to the vessel’s specific requirements. This phase is critical to outlining all necessary services and ensuring a coherent and effective course of action.

Action Plan

Once the mission is clearly defined, tasks, priorities, and quality standards are agreed upon. NB Yacht Support then proceeds to address all identified matters, providing transparent quotes and defined deadlines. Should additional services or adjustments be required, the action plan will be reviewed and updated accordingly.
